We sell our products to businesses and individuals in the EU. These terms of delivery are applied to product orders on our online shop and to similar deliveries.

Products and pricing
The features and prices of online products are shown in the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the prices before you accept the order. Product prices appear in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Possible shipping charges for the order will depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and on the delivery method chosen and will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see shipping charges for your order (if any) in your shopping cart before confirming the order.
The most common delivery time for the EU area is 3-5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method.
Limitation of liability
LuKLabel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or other damages, other than those referred to in the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law, in connection with the order, delivery, or product.
We will strive to settle any disagreements about your order primarily by negotiating, so please first contact our customer service.

Ordering and terms
You can order products on our website by moving them to your shopping cart and confirming your order and paying for the products in your shopping cart. When ordering at our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with our current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that your order, as approved and confirmed by us, will be binding, except in the cases mentioned below, and will create a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

Order and payment confirmation
After making a successful order, your order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place an order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used. If, for any unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal and terms of returns
For us it is important that shopping with us will bring you joy. Our customers always have a 14-day right to exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving if the product is unused and in the condition in which you received it and all parts of the product are included. The price of the order or returned products will be refunded to your bank account or credit card according to the payment method used. Please pack the product carefully and take the package to the nearest post office.
Failure to retrieve the delivery is not an official cancellation; we will collect all shipping costs from your balance. Discount products have a normal return policy.

Delivery inspection, errors, and problematic situations
Please check the delivery immediately after receiving it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transportation or otherwise does not correspond to your order, or is incorrect, please inform our customer service as soon as possible and within 14 days, so we can agree on how we will correct the error. In consumer trade, we follow binding consumer-protection law provisions for defects.
